There are many different kinds of dancing moves techniques but one thing is for sure, people love dancing. People dance for fun, people dance for health reasons for a workout and others dance for a living because people like to watch others dance. People, especially men like pole dancing. Not necessarily dancing themselves but watching women do it. Nevertheless, a certain aspect of pole dancing that they don’t appreciate is that pole dancing is a great workout. Pole dancing could help develop tremendous upper body and core strength; It does wonders for flexibility which are very important for everyone to develop in order to stay healthy. Having said this though, the way pole dancing is viewed in today's society and the connotation of it is something that innocent, little kids should not be put into. I agree with this idea, pole dancing whether we want to face it or not does have some naughtiness associated with it. Pole dancing can be a lot of fun. It is a great way to keep fit and a very useful string to your bow for the next time you get a man alone. With the surge in lap dancing clubs across the world over the last few years, pole dancing has been increasingly seen as a form of dancing and gymnastics. It involves dancing sensually with a vertical pole. When pole dancing you are essentially using your body weight for exercise. Pole dancing is an increasingly popular activity with more and more ladies taking the time to learn this enthralling skill. Many women are taking pole dancing lessons these days and only have good things to say about the activity. Pole dancing is great exercise because you are burning any calories and improving muscle tone by spinning around a pole.
